How We Make Our Way Yoga originated out of a desire to be of service to those looking to improve their quality of life. Once Island Yoga, teaching for 10+ years to the Pine Island community, I was blessed to watch a yoga community emerge. Friendships were forged, lives where impacted and life was nurtured.
Watching the evolution of the community, hearing the stories and of course having my own yoga experiences helped me to see that yoga is a practice that guides us, so that we are able to MAKE OUR WAY in life with integrity and quality!
Time has called for me to journey on, explore where it is that life is calling me to next.
As I continue to teach virtually, I am offering 5 classes weekly. Come and join me.

A meditation practice from The Book Of Awakening by Mark Nepo.  Come share in awakening to the glory that surrounds us each day. Meditation is best enjoyed when we have all the support needed to be comfortable. A seated position with the hips elevated and back supported is ideal, however comfortable is the goal.
